Elder Chris Crouse – He Might Have The Preeminence
The Apostle Paul addresses the church of Colossi and Elder Chris looks at Chapter 1 verse 18: “And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.” Paul was specifically concerned that the church would be spoiled by the philosophies of men and instructs that Jesus Christ is the answer to anything faced. Christ is the head of the church, the most supreme in rank of those that have come forth from the dead, and is the one we are to glorify and look to in our lives.
