Elder Michael Gowens – The Hallmark of Primitive Baptist Doctrine

What sets Primitive Baptists apart?  What defines us?  Elder Gowens describes his conviction in being a Primitive Baptist and suggests that the “hallmark” of our doctrine is in how we rightly divide the word of truth (2 Tim 2:15) .  When interpreted properly, all verses of the Bible flow together in perfect harmony.  Elder Gowens examines several verses that seemingly contradict each other, but with proper interpretation and fine distinction, the Bible understanding that sets Primitive Baptists apart is revealed.
