Elder Ronald Lawrence – Be of Good Cheer
Elder Ronald turns to Acts to look at an account of the Apostle Paul’s journey to Rome. It was man’s will to kill Paul, but the Lord’s will was for him to arrive safely. The Lord instructed Paul to be of good cheer, that he was to testify of God in Rome, an expression of the Lord’s will. He would not reach Rome without danger, but through it all we see the Lord’s providential care in his life. Elder Ronald instructs us to look for the Lord’s will, providence, and shield of protection in our own lives.
