Elder Philip Conley – Don't Punish Them For My Sake

Elder Philip focuses on a portion of scripture in 2 Timothy where the Apostle Paul gives advice to the young preacher Timothy.  He talks about experiences where we may not have the support from friends when we think we should.  Stephen was completely alone, about to be stoned to death, and he prayed not to punish them for his sake.  Later Paul understood this during his life.  Christ stood truly alone, forsaken of all his friends, family, followers and God Himself.  But Paul was strengthened in Christ because God is always going to be with us despite our most difficult moments.  He will hear our prayers.
