Randy Miller – Striving for Unity

Posted on by in Acts, Philippians, Sermons

Brother Randy was drawn back to the book of Philippians from his “Final Thoughts” message on November 20th.  He examines the history and relationship that the Apostle Paul had with the church of Philippi prior to his letter to the Philippians, explaining the strong feeling of love he had towards them.  The Apostle Paul then goes on to layout what the Lord has done for us and how Christ humbled himself as a servant.  Brother Randy encourages us to consider the reason we should strive for unity.  By focusing on what the Lord has done for us, we find the common grounds needed for working together in lowliness, meekness, and charity.  In doing so, we see our Lord high and lifted up together.
