Elder Chris Crouse – Wilt Not Thou Deliver My Feet From Falling?

Elder Chris reflects on a dark time in his life, questioning his role in the ministry, reaching a point where he almost gave it all away.  But he finally received comfort in Psalm 56.  David knew that his eternal salvation was secure but he asked the Lord “wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?”.  David saw that he could not go it alone and that he needed the Lord in all things.  Elder Chris highlights several accounts in the Bible where the Lord was victorious despite all odds.  Without a shadow of a doubt, He has already delivered on our eternal salvation.  But Elder Chris reminds us never to forget that while our eternal salvation is secure, we need His grace as we walk in this life, every step of the way.
