Elder Chris Crouse – Between The Ascension And Pentecost
Elder Chris looks at the seven days of time between the ascension of Christ and Pentecost. During this time the Apostle Peter begins to ponder and quote the scriptures to proclaim that the scriptures had been fulfilled. Filled with the Holy Ghost, they were able to understand things they had not before. The saints of God in the New Testament church came together, continued in the Apostles doctrine, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. Elder Chris encourages us to continue in those four things and God will bless the church. Pentecost was a day of harvest, coming together, thanksgiving, and looking forward to things to come. And Elder Chris proclaims that we have the blessing of the harvest in this day just as they did in the early days of the church.
