Elder Neil Honea – Following Christ
Elder Neil concludes the 2022 New Year’s service and extends on McNeil’s sermon on taking up our cross. Jesus mentioned that those that are not willing to take up their cross are not worthy of him. He points out that while we feel we never quite measure up, we know what he did for us, so following him going forward is vital. Elder Neil encourages us to follow him by spending time in the church and bring up our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
